Senior Mechanical Engineer & Project Manager
Location : Attleboro, Massachusetts | Hybrid (2–3 days remote flexibility)

We are seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer & Project Manager to oversee multi-million-dollar cleanroom and controlled environment projects from design through construction . You’ll be the main point of contact for clients and engineering teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and coordinate across Architectural, Structural, and MEP disciplines
- Oversee the design process (HVAC, piping, ductwork, process systems) from schematic design (SD) to construction drawings (CD)
- Serve as the liaison between engineering teams, clients, and subcontractors
- Manage project budgets ($30M–$100M, avg. $30M) and timelines
- Review and approve MEP drawings, specifications, and calculations
- Ensure compliance with ASHRAE, NFPA, and all industry codes
- Conduct value engineering to optimize cost, schedule, and system performance
- Collaborate with vendors and specify equipment (air handlers, boilers, chillers, dehumidifiers, etc.)
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master’s a plus)8+ years of mechanical design / MEP experience, ideally with HVAC in cleanrooms or life sciences projectsProven success leading multi-million-dollar construction projectsStrong knowledge of HVAC and process systems (chemical / fluid handling, compressed air, etc.)Software skills : AutoCAD, RevitStrong client-facing and project leadership skillsFamiliarity with construction environments and ability to collaborate with trades, architects, and engineersWhy Join Us?
