Responsibilities

Engage with a steady stream of new leads.

Leverage a comprehensive portfolio of more than 10,000 life insurance prospects.

Create customized insurance quotes, deliver compelling sales presentations, and successfully close deals.

Build strong client relationships and conduct timely follow-ups as necessary.

Assess prospects' needs to uncover and leverage sales opportunities.

Requirements

Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers

Ability to achieve high sales targets

Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability and ethical behavior

Must be coachable

Excellent communication skills : written, verbal, and listening

Must have strong interpersonal communication skills

Must be motivated and determined
