Part-Time Entry Level : Field Services Representative (Albuquerque, NM)

Job Summary The Shipping Coordinator will be responsible for the successful execution of the following activities : reviewing and coordinating outbound loads with carriers, assisting with finished good cycle counts, ensuring facility load list is maintained and updated, ensuring load detail list is maintained and updated and serving as a back-up to the Production Planner for building branch stock transfer loads.Job Description MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES : Ensuring communication is sent to the carrier within the required timeframe weekly for the following week's load Working with the Planner to preplan load arrangements two weeks in advance Charting the number of loads shipped daily Charting loads and cases shipped weekly Maintaining branch transfer files collecting : BOL (Bill of Lading), packing slips and quality check sheets Printing stock transfer labels per order for shippers on a daily basis Following up with carriers to ensure scheduled load pick-ups Adhering to all facility PPE (personal protective equipment) policies and procedures Scheduling of raw material deliveries when carriers call for delivery appointments Reviewing facility FitRight product analysis to prioritize stock transfer orders Processing FedEx shipments Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when required MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS : Education : High School Diploma or GED required Certification / Licensure : Work Experience : Experience with SAP, AS400 and Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) Knowledge / Skills / Abilities : Ability to work independently Strong interpersonal skills Ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the organization PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS : Education : Certification / Licensure : Work Experience : Minimum of 3 years experience with SAP inventory transactions Knowledge / Skills / Abilities Ability to operate a fork lift and / or clamp truck Medline Industries, LP, and its subsidiaries, offer a competitive total rewards package, continuing education & training, and tremendous potential with a growing worldwide organization. The anticipated salary range for this position : $18.00 - $25.25 HourlyThe actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
