Director of Facilities Operations

The Director of Facilities Operations will oversee the management of all hard and soft services across the site including maintenance grounds preventive and predictive programs and property infrastructure. This role includes managing internal teams subcontractors and skilled trades while ensuring operational efficiency regulatory compliance and budget accountability. Acting as the main point of contact for internal and client stakeholders this leader will build strong relationships drive alignment and deliver measurable operational results.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage day-to-day facilities operations ensuring high-quality service delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Oversee workplace services including maintenance asset planning energy management and EHS compliance.
• Direct both self-performed and subcontracted services ensuring strong contractor management and operational oversight.
• Drive financial performance by managing budgets forecasts and cost controls aligned with operational goals.
• Collaborate with company leadership and clients on contracts scope and strategic facilities planning.
• Manage preventive maintenance schedules vendor performance and CMMS systems such as SAP or Maximo to meet KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with GMP safety and building standards while maintaining facility excellence.
• Supervise hiring training and professional development for facilities staff and management teams.
• Oversee construction projects and additional services including groundskeeping security food laundry and mail.
