Clinic Hours & Schedule

Clinic Hours : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 4 : 30 PM
Call Schedule : Up to 10 days per month, as per hospital by-laws
Average Patients Per Day : Approximately 25

Compensation & Benefits

Salary : Competitive $695,000-$898,000

Sign-On Bonus / Relocation Assistance : $50,000

CME Allowance : $5,000 annually plus 5 days of CME leave.

Insurance : Comprehensive medical insurance, dental, vision, life / AD&D, short- and long-term disability.

Retirement Plans : 403(b) and 457 plans with employer contributions.

Paid Time Off :

Vacation : 25 days annually.

Sick Leave : Accrued with an IAP plan to supplement.

Holidays : 7 days annually.

CME Leave : 5 days annually.

Qualifications

Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution

Board certification in General Surgery

Eligible for medical licensure in Alaska

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
