Goldman Sachs Private Wealth Management (PWM) specializes in creating comprehensive wealth management plans for high net worth individuals and families, as well as select institutions, including foundations and endowments. PWM Teams work one-on-one with clients to advise and deliver customized strategies drawn from our deep investment experience, diverse wealth management capabilities and global reach. Our Private Wealth Advisors (PWAs) deliver an unparalleled investment platform inclusive of the full product and service offerings of Goldman Sachs and beyond, which may include tax and estate planning, philanthropic planning and private banking and lending services. As client needs evolve, this close relationship allows the team to offer complementary services and new opportunities by leveraging the resources of Goldman Sachs and beyond.

As a Wealth Management Professional, you'll be at the forefront of delivering world-class financial solutions, directly impacting the financial success and legacy of our sophisticated clients, including ultra-high net worth individuals, families, and institutions. You will build deep relationships and orchestrate a seamless client experience, leveraging the full breadth of Goldman Sachs' global resources to meet their complex financial needs. Your expertise will be vital in managing the intricate onboarding of new client relationships, meticulously ensuring the achievement of their investment objectives, proactively mitigating fraud risk, executing critical trades, and optimizing liquidity. This role offers a dynamic blend of strategic oversight and hands-on engagement, fostering enduring client partnerships within a culture defined by integrity, innovation, and a relentless pursuit of excellence.

WHERE WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT

Our Private Wealth Management business spans the globe, with the following locations in the United States : Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Houston, Los Angeles, New York, Miami (Florida and Latin America coverage), Philadelphia, San Francisco, Seattle, Washington, D.C. and West Palm Beach. THIS ROLE IS IN OUR CHICAGO OFFICE.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor's Degree Required
• 1-3 years of preferred experience in client service and / or the financial industry
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and think clearly under pressure
• Strong interest in client service
• Self-motivated and able to work in an autonomous, yet collaborative environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to excellence and a high level of integrity
• Interest in Financial Services Industry
• SIE, Series 7 and 63 required (must be obtained within three months of employment)

Salary Range

The expected base salary for this Chicago, Illinois, United States-based position is $60,000-$115,000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.
