St. Charles Health System is seeking a Medical Oncologist to join our expanding, accredited Cancer Center serving the communities of Bend, Redmond, and the surrounding region. Meaningful work : Provide comprehensive care across the entire cancer journey, including diagnosis, systemic therapy, follow-up, and survivorship.

Clinical excellence : Participate in tumor boards, clinical research, and quality initiatives that elevate cancer care throughout the region.
Balanced practice : Blend outpatient clinic, shared call rotation, and administrative time with strong organizational support.

What You ll Do

Manage oncology and hematology patients using evidence-based practices

Prescribe and oversee systemic therapies

Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams

Participate in clinical trials and research initiatives

Supervise APPs as needed

Maintain accurate documentation in Epic EMR

Participate in shared call rotation

What You ll Bring

MD or DO from an accredited institution

Completion of Internal Medicine Residency and Hematology-Oncology Fellowship

Board-certified or board-eligible in Hematology / Oncology

Unrestricted Oregon license (or ability to obtain) and DEA

Strong communication skills and commitment to team-based care

Experience in both hospital and outpatient oncology preferred
