CuraLinc is seeking a multi-talented individual with strong project management skills and a love of direct client interactions to join our Implementation Team. As an individual contributor, the Implementation Manager creates an exceptional first impression while facilitating an efficient program / product launch plan, ultimately paving the way for ongoing success.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead Client Onboarding for Client Segments, Programs and Products as Assigned
  • Serve as the Primary Liaison between Clients, their Advisors and Other Designees
  • Demonstrate a Deep Understanding of CuraLinc's Products, Processes and Practices
  • Develop and Execute Detailed Project Plans and Timelines Based on Project Scope
  • Prepare and Host Scheduled Calls with Efficiency and Effectiveness
  • Partner with Subject Matter Experts from Across CuraLinc Departments
  • Track Progress and Maintain Required Documentation
  • Proactively Identify and Address any Potential Roadblocks to a Successful Launch
  • Maintain Clear and Consistent Communication with All Stakeholders Throughout the Process
  • Contribute to Process Improvements to Maximize Efficiencies and Client Satisfaction
  • Participate in Special Projects as Assigned by Departmental and Organizational Leaders

Required / Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree Business, Healthcare Administration or Related Field
  • Minimum of 3-5 Years’ Related Experience
  • Superior Organizational and Project Management Skills
  • Strong Written and Oral Communication Skills
  • Experience Working Cross-Functionally with Key Stakeholders
  • Aptitude to Function Autonomously in a Fast-Paced Work Environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Products with Agility to Learn Applicable Systems and Processes
