What you will do :

• Answer incoming calls assist customers in setting appointments.
• Set appointments via phone, text, and email.
• Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers to promote products or services.
• Follow scripts and guidelines provided by the company.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call quotas.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve team goals.
