Your responsibilities

• Lead high-energy OTF classes that are safe, fun, and effective

• Deliver clear, motivating coaching for all fitness levels

• Create a welcoming, encouraging environment that feels personal to every member

• Arrive ready to engage, not just instruct

• Build relationships and help members stay accountable to their goals

• Maintain strong studio standards including cleaning, safety, and professionalism

• Participate in studio events, challenges, and community-building moments

• Stay coachable -take feedback, give feedback, and evolve

Qualifications

• NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, or similar certification (required or in progress)

• Group fitness or coaching experience preferred

• CPR/AED certification

• Ability to coach up to 32 members with confidence and clarity

• Strong communication skills

• Willingness to learn the Orangetheory workout, technology, and training system

Jobs That Make a Real Difference About Us Orangetheory is a science-based, full-body workout that uses technology to measure performance so members can prove they are improving. In a 60-minute class, led by a highly trained and certified coach, members target at least twelve minutes in the Orange Zone to raise their heart rate and charge up metabolism. The result is an increase in calorie burn post-workout, backed by the science of excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC). After twelve minutes of hard work in the Orange Zone, your body burns additional calories as you recover over the next 24 hours.
