The CEO brings 12+ years of experience in Affordable Housing Development and bachelor's and master's degrees from Ivy League universities. The President / CEO is looking to hire their right hand —someone who can lead project execution as well as who can think creatively and help to build out their organization. Scope of Responsibility

Responsible for overseeing and managing the development of affordable housing projects from start to finish, including pre-development, financing, acquisition, construction, and perm conversion projects. The successful candidate will manage relationships with consultants, lenders, and other stakeholders.
