Nursing Assistant | Part-Time and PRN| Skilled Nursing

Work Schedule and Shift Premiums

Part-Time | 6pm - 10pm | 16 hours / week (four 4-hour shifts) including every other weekend, can also pick up other hours when available

S.B. 690 special premium for skilled nursing is $3.40 / hour, 2nd shift premium is $2.00 / hour, 3rd shift premium is $3.05 / hour, weekend premium is an additional $2.00 / hour

Qualifications for the CNA

• High school diploma or equivalent required from an accredited institution
• Current Michigan Nursing Assistant Certification (CNA), otherwise must obtain one within 4 months of hire; new employees are eligible to apply for tuition assistance once hired
• BLS certification (available through Hillsdale Hospital)
• Prior long term care experience preferred
• Must possess a positive attitude toward patients and co-workers
• Must be a team player
