A company is looking for an AVP of Sales Operations (Medicare).
Key Responsibilities
Oversee compensation planning, design, implementation, and communication
Manage training for the department, including brokers and uplines
Develop and maintain KPIs and dashboards for sales performance tracking
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Health Services Administration, or related field, or comparable experience
5-7 years of national sales leadership experience in roles of increasing responsibility
Experience in Medicare Advantage sales and Marketplace / ACA sales leadership
Health plan sales management experience
Demonstrated skills in process improvement and project management
