As an Account Executive, Strategic Partnerships & Alliances –ESCOs and SLED at Bluewave Technology Group, you will drive new revenue by forming strategic partnerships with firms that influence technology purchasing decisions. You'll focus on building relationships with energy services companies and state, local, and education agencies, creating a referral network that connects Bluewave to IT decision-makers early in their planning cycles. The goal is to position Bluewave's Advisory Services as a critical partner in clients' IT project lifecycles.
What You'll Do
- Identify and engage with ESCOs and SLED agencies
- Build a network of referral partners
- Position Bluewave as a trusted advisor to help clients make technology purchase decisions with confidence
- Maintain strong relationships with ESCOs and SLED agencies
- Collaborate with these partners to drive pipeline growth through high-value referrals
- Collaborate with Bluewave Marketing on go-to-market strategies, campaigns, and events
- Maintain accurate activity and opportunity data in Salesforce
- Travel as needed
- Perform all other duties as assigned
This is a remote position and open to candidates located anywhere in the United States.

At least 5 years of success in consultative selling and / or partner developmentStrong understanding of data networking, UCaaS, CCaaS, CX, PaaS, cloud, AI, and telecommunicationsSolid familiarity with the IT advisory and channel space within the telecommunications and technology industryExperience working in, networking with, and / or selling to ESCOs and SLED agenciesDisciplined in the use of Salesforce for sales activity tracking and forecastingProficiency with Microsoft Office and Windows PC environmentsIt's Also Helpful If You've Got
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent experienceEligibility

Compensation and Benefits
Base Salary : $90,000–$125,000 (depending on experience)On-Target Earnings (OTE) : $175,000-$200,000+Commission for sales generated through referral partnershipsFull benefits package including generous 401k match, Open PTO, Paid Parental Leave, and moreSelection Process
