Job description

A company is looking for a Technical Writer I to create instructional materials for an online testing system aimed at educators.

Key Responsibilities

Develop user guides and training manuals in plain language for teachers

Write engaging content based on keywords and visual ideas to explain system features

Recommend document designs and contribute to proposal writing by drafting relevant sections

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, or equivalent experience

3+ years of experience in education, technology, or product writing related to education products

Comprehensive knowledge of English grammar, punctuation, and spelling

Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously

Flexibility to work additional hours during peak times
