Abstimmung der Creator Auswahl Erstellung von Timingplänen, Qualitätssicherung der Inhalte, Auswertung der Kampagnen in Form von detaillierten Reportings Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Kolleginnen und Kollegen 1 : 1 Betreuung der dir zugewiesenen Influencer im Rahmen des Künstlermanagements Dein Profil : Du bist bereits Expertin / Experte im Influencer Marketing und möchtest deine Skills aufs nächste Level bringen Du hast mind. 1 Jahr Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position Du bist ab Oktober 2025 verfügbar Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium (Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder Kommunikationswissenschaften, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Marketing) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation alternativ eine Aus- oder Weiterbildung als Social Media Manager : in sehr strukturierte und präzise selbständige Arbeit wird vorausgesetzt Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift kreative und eigenständige sowie zuverlässige und engagierte Arbeitsweise Firmenhandy Firmenlaptop Flexible Arbeitszeiten Haustiere erlaubt Homeoffice Remote arbeiten Hybrid Modell möglich
