This position will be the front line of our customer service department, helping customers resolve issues, answer inquiries, and provide outstanding service. Responsibilities :

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
• Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order issues.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently.
• Provide feedback to management on recurring issues and opportunities for process improvement.
