We are seeking a dynamic, highly skilled Consulting Patient Care Coordinator for our manufacturing unit. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction while enhancing our manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in scheduling and coordinating patient care, with a focus on enhancing patient experience and improving the efficiency of our operations. This role is ideal for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced, challenging environment and who is passionate about healthcare and manufacturing.

Responsibilities :

1. Act as the main point of contact for all patient-related issues, ensuring a high level of patient satisfaction.

2. Coordinate and schedule patient appointments, procedures, tests, and follow-ups, ensuring optimal use of resources.

3. Collaborate with healthcare providers, patients, and their families to develop individualized care plans.

4. Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.

5. Maintain comprehensive and accurate patient records.

6. Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare laws, regulations, and standards.

7. Collaborate with the manufacturing team to improve processes and patient care.

8. Provide education to patients and their families on treatment plans and healthcare management.

9. Participate in the development and implementation of patient care policies and procedures.

10. Assist in the evaluation and analysis of patient care data to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Qualifications :

1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in patient care coordination or a related role.

2. Proven experience in scheduling, coordinating, and managing patient care.

3. Strong knowledge of healthcare laws, regulations, and standards.

4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

6. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions.

7. Proficiency in using healthcare software and technology.

8. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

9. Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or a related field is preferred.

10. Certification as a Patient Care Coordinator or similar is a plus.
