Field Application Specialist

The Role

The Field Application Specialist (FAS) is a technical expert who supports customers in the implementation, optimization, and troubleshooting of the company's products and solutions, with a strong focus on regulatory compliance, quality standards, and industry-specific requirements. He / she will have the task of building and maintaining strong relationships with scientific and technical stakeholders, ensuring the effective and compliant use of our technologies and products.

Key Responsibilities :

• Review User Requirement Specifications (URS) and technical reports provided by Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and implementation specialists.
• Conduct on-site walkthroughs to support URS development when necessary.
• Assist SMEs with installation planning and documentation.
• Define customer-specific hardware, software, and configuration requirements.
• Create cost and pricing templates, ensuring project profitability and margin analysis.
• Ensure that generated quotes align with URS, installation estimates, and pricing.
• Support the sales team with quote updates and modifications.

Location – This is a remote position. Travel is required within the US up to 70% in the first year and 50 % after. On occasion, there may be international travel.

Pay Range

$67,500 – $103,600 Depending on experience
