Job Description : Workday HCM Consultant

Our client is needing a strong Mid-Level Workday Consultant optimize the core system which has been in place for 3 years. You'll be asked to unlock more value from the platform by improving configurations, streamlining processes, and expanding functionality across all core HCM modules.

Key Responsibilities :

• Partner with HR and internal Workday stakeholders to assess current configurations and identify areas for improvement
• Provide hands-on configuration support across core Workday HCM modules (e.g., Core HR, Compensation, Time Off, Benefits, Business Processes)
• Assist in optimizing workflows, business processes, and user experience within Workday
• Recommend and implement best practices to drive better adaptation, data quality, and efficiency
• Support reporting and dashboarding efforts to improve visibility for HR and leadership
• Work collaboratively with internal IT and HR teams to align Workday with business needs
