We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented House (Airbnb) Cleaner - Property Runner to support our growing short-term rental business. This hybrid role combines professional cleaning of vacation homes with light operations support, such as restocking supplies, delivering items to properties, minor maintenance to homes, and assisting with quick turnarounds between guests.
This is a great position for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in clean and organized spaces, and likes variety in their day rather than being stuck in one location.
Compensation:$40,000 yearly
Responsibilities:We are a boutique short-term rental management company that runs Airbnb and Vrbo homes across Tampa Bay. We’re hands-on, detail-obsessed, and guest-focused — our goal is to make every stay feel like a true escape while keeping our homes spotless, well-maintained, and smoothly operated. We value reliability, ownership, and teamwork, and we’re building a small, trusted crew that takes pride in their work and grows with the company.
