Responsibilities :
- Expected to take initiative & be proactive.
- Able to read & understand shop orders.
- Production schedules & follow written or verbal instructions.
- Meet & exceed the expectations (safety, quality, & productivity).
- Identify & seperate nonconforming parts (defective).
- Report issues to maintenance as needed and make supervisor aware.
- Must be able to identify all S3C square back frames.
- Must be able to install S3C cover on properly.
- Check to ensure your own quality.
- Must follow all safety rules & regulations.
- Housekeeping (5S) throughout and end of shift.
- Must be punctual.
- Must be able to use standard precision tools safely & correctly.
- All other duties as required.
