Deliver high-quality counseling services to patients of all ages.Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventions.Collaborate with medical providers to deliver integrated behavioral health and primary care.Coordinate referrals, provide follow-up care, and help patients navigate their wellness journey.Document care accurately within our electronic health record system.What We Offer

What We're Looking For
Current South Carolina license : LISW-CP, LMSW, LMFT, or LPC (associate level considered).At least 1 year of clinical experience with adults, children, or families (healthcare setting preferred).Knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities and crisis management practices.Proficiency with electronic medical records and Microsoft Office.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative team approach.Reliable transportation required.
