    • What You'll Do

  • Deliver high-quality counseling services to patients of all ages.
  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventions.
  • Collaborate with medical providers to deliver integrated behavioral health and primary care.
  • Coordinate referrals, provide follow-up care, and help patients navigate their wellness journey.
  • Document care accurately within our electronic health record system.

  • Competitive pay : $58,000 - $62,000 annually + quarterly incentives.
  • $1,000 sign-on bonus after 90 days.

    • Requirements

    What We're Looking For

  • Current South Carolina license : LISW-CP, LMSW, LMFT, or LPC (associate level considered).
  • At least 1 year of clinical experience with adults, children, or families (healthcare setting preferred).
  • Knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities and crisis management practices.
  • Proficiency with electronic medical records and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative team approach.
  • Reliable transportation required.
