Our client, a leading General Contractor in NYC, is looking for an Assistant Project Manager. They focus on ground-up residential projects throughout NYC. New grads are encouraged to apply! This role requires 3 days in-office in Astoria, Queens and 1-2 days per week visiting job sites around Queens, Brooklyn, and the Bronx.
Responsibilities :
- Review subcontracts, bids, and proposals
- Support preparation of change orders, schedules, and RFIs
- Track project documentation and correspondence
- Manage submittals and drawing logs
- Coordinate meetings with clients, architects, subcontractors, vendors, and project teams
