Job Title : Supply Chain Program Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Supply Chain Program Manager to join our growing team in our Somervilla, MA location. In this role, you will lead cross-functional supply chain initiatives, ensuring seamless coordination between suppliers, engineering, manufacturing, and operations teams to support the development and production of cutting-edge robotic systems.
Key Responsibilities :
- Program Leadership : Drive end-to-end supply chain strategies for new product introductions (NPI) and production ramp-up of robotic systems and components.
- Manufacturing Engineering : Ensuring end-to-end feasibility of operations and supply chain for manufacturing.
- Cost Optimization : Work with cross-functional team members to determine appropriate pricing, negotiate contracts, and drive cost-saving initiatives.
- Cross-Functional Coordination : Serve as the key liaison between supply chain, engineering, procurement, and manufacturing teams to ensure alignment on timelines, quality, and cost targets.
- Supplier Management : Identify, onboard, and manage suppliers of complex mechanical, electrical, and software-integrated components. Develop strategic partnerships to mitigate risk and ensure supply continuity.
- Planning & Execution : Oversee material planning, cost analysis, logistics, and inventory management to meet project deadlines and minimize excess / obsolete inventory.
- Risk Mitigation : Proactively identify supply chain risks (e.g., long lead items, sole-source suppliers) and develop mitigation plans.
- Continuous Improvement : Lead continuous improvement initiatives across the business with a focus on safety, quality, and cost.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in supply chain management or program management, preferably in robotics and / or hardware manufacturing.Proven experience managing supply chains for electro-mechanical systems.Exceptional project management, communication, and leadership skills.Comfortable working in fast-paced, startup-like environments with rapidly evolving requirements.Knowledge of national and global sourcing, compliance standards, and supply chain sustainability practices is a plus.Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.Nice to Have :
Experience with robotic components such as actuators, sensors, control boards, and embedded systems.Prior experience scaling a supply chain from prototyping to full production.Benefits
