RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Supervising work quality across all repair projects and ensuring proper procedures are followed.
  • Giving clear and decisive orders to employees to maintain an optimized workflow and schedule.
  • Multitasking / follow up on multiple service jobs simultaneously to track progress and manage deadlines effectively.
  • Driving high standards for efficiency and customer communication.
  • Contributing to a positive, clean, and productive shop environment.

    • QUALIFICATIONS :

  • 7 - 10 years of experience in the auto industry as a service manager
  • 7+ years of managing experience in the automotive business
  • Commitment and ability to reach goals and meet quota
  • Ability to supervise work quality, give orders to employees, follow up, and multitask
