Job descriptionLeading by Example : Be hands-on during every shift—jumping behind the bar, greeting customers, and showing the team what great service looks like. Coaching & Development : Provide feedback, training, and encouragement to help baristas grow in skill and confidence. Operations Management : Support store checklists, uphold speed and quality standards, assist with scheduling, payroll, and inventory. Decision-Making : Act as manager-on-duty when the Store Manager is off shift. Handle personnel and customer situations with professionalism and sound judgment. Creating a Positive Environment : Maintain a clean, upbeat, and team-oriented atmosphere that motivates everyone to bring their best. A confident, dependable leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and problem-solving skills A positive attitude, even under pressure Ability to work 30+ hours per week, including some nights, weekends, and holidays as needed Someone passionate about people, coffee, and growth
