Key Responsibilities Lead and enhance New Associate Orientation and Onboarding processes Collaborate with L&OD team to develop learning and development programs for new associates Conduct needs assessments and create effective training content to address skill gaps Required Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of corporate training and instructional design experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience Experience in a virtual, global team environment Strong program management and organizational skills Applied knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design models
