Job description

We are looking for a passionate line cook with great attitude to join our kitchen team. We strive to keep a high-standard in a supportive environment while constantly pushing growth and potential.

Experience & Qualifications :

  • 1-3 years working in a professional kitchen
  • willingness to take direction
  • understanding of safe food handling practices

    • Duties & Responsibilities :

  • daily inventory of station mise
  • utilize prep list
  • complete all station set-up and prep
  • work organized, cleaning and tasting regularly, keep up with the flow of service
  • thorough breakdown of station
