Key Responsibilities
Answer 80+ inbound calls daily from patients, doctor's offices, and insurance carriers
Initiate payment plans for patients with outstanding balances
Utilize multiple resources to resolve patient inquiries while maintaining performance goals
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Minimum 1+ year work experience required
Previous experience in medical billing, customer service, or call center preferred
Experience in a high-volume call environment with multiple computer windows open is desirable
Prior interaction with patients regarding medical information is strongly preferred
