Requirements  North Memorial is looking for locum CRNAs to start as soon as credentialed.

Hospital #1- Level 1 Trauma Center Hospital #2-Busy Community Hospital ASC#1-Multispecialty

ASAP - ongoingSchedule needed : Full time starting ASAC. would prefer if providers have availability for 10 and 12 hour shifts.Candidates should be flexible working a schedule of at least 3 days per weekAll scheduled hours will be paid a regular time rate No overtime rate.No callReason for coverage : shortage to cover OR's needed for expected growthEMR : EpicTrauma level 1Number of Operating Rooms : 16

Medical direction model.Scrubs provided on site.Needs to be comfortable seeing all ages - perm staff will cover peds cases. Required cases : Spine Urology General Orthopedics Robotics Endoscopy Plastics EP lab / Cath lab Navigational Bronchoscopy Craniotomies Simple Vascular facility employed staff will do all Open Hearts Thoracotomies Trauma Now Obstetrics Pediatrics. Do not need to do heart / lung cases. No lines or blocks.Credentialing timeframe : 4 monthsClient willing to pay for full travel - flight hotel rental car

• North Memorial does not reimburse for credentialing costs or application fees.
