We are seeking an experienced and visionary Product Owner to lead our customer’s business transformation through a ServiceNow implementation. The ideal candidate will bring deep understanding of ServiceNow modules such as CSM, ITSM, or CRM, and will play a key role in aligning business objectives with technology outcomes.
Key Responsibilities :
Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Define and prioritize product features, user stories, and backlog items to ensure alignment with business goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality ServiceNow solutions.
Drive business process transformation leveraging ServiceNow capabilities.
Monitor progress, provide clear direction, and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to maintain delivery momentum.
Required Qualifications :
Proven experience as a Product Owner, ideally in ServiceNow implementations.
Hands-on expertise with ServiceNow modules such as CSM, ITSM, or CRM.
Strong background in business process optimization and stakeholder engagement.
Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
Ability to work on-site in Reston once or twice a week.
Must be a local candidate; this is a contract-to-hire (convertible) position.
