Overview :

Advisors Excel is growing - and we're looking for a Senior Investment Analyst to join our Advisor Support Network team. This is a unique opportunity to combine deep financial analysis with strategic impact, helping us evaluate, support, and grow a portfolio of high-performing advisor firms.

You'll be at the center of our expansion efforts : conducting due diligence, building financial models, and monitoring the performance of firms after investment or partnership. The position offers a dynamic opportunity to interact directly with private equity investors, company leadership, and advisor partners, shaping a strategic growth area for Advisors Excel.

In this role, you won't just crunch numbers; you'll help shape strategy, influence high-level decisions, and see the impact of your work across a thriving network of firms.

What you'll do :

Transaction Support & Due Diligence

• Develop sophisticated financial models to inform investment decisions and firm valuations.
• Analyze target advisor firms' financial statements, operations, and growth drivers to evaluate performance and opportunities.
• Conduct comprehensive due diligence, assessing earnings quality, revenue mix, cash flow stability, and operational risks.
• Assist in structuring deal terms and preparing documentation throughout the transaction process.
