Accounts Payable Specialist

The Accounts Payable Specialist will play a vital role in managing the financial transactions of the organization by processing 300-400 invoices weekly. This position requires expertise in performing a 3-way match with invoices, vendor maintenance, and managing the weekly check run.

Responsibilities :

• Process 300-400 invoices per week efficiently.
• Perform a 3-way match with invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Conduct vendor maintenance to ensure up-to-date and accurate vendor records.
• Manage the weekly check run to ensure timely payments.

Job Type & Location :

This is a contract to hire position based out of Dallastown, Pennsylvania.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
