STNA (CNA) - No On Call

Serving patients across the Dayton territory our CNAs (STNAs) offer consistent day-to-day support, helping maintain comfort and dignity through regular visits.

You will build meaningful bonds while providing essential personal care and collaborating with the broader hospice team.

STNA (CNA) Full-time Schedule :

• Monday to Friday, 8 : 30 AM - 5 : 00 PM No Mandatory On Call STNA (CNA)  Full-time Qualifications : Must have completed an Ohio State Department of Health Competency Test from an accredited program with a minimum requirement of 75 hours of certification.
• Must be certified by the state as a nurse's aide with an unrestricted, active aide certification 3-6 months of current experience as a Hospice Aide or Nurses Aide required.
• Hospice or Home Health Agency experience preferred.
• Must possess interpersonal skills sufficient to interact effectively with patients and their families, as well as all interdisciplinary caregivers, peers, subordinates, and supervisors.
• Must exhibit or demonstrate the ability to learn computer skills related to required clinical software and electronic clinical record utilization.
• Must have reliable vehicle / transportation, valid driver's license, required automobile insurance, and the ability to safely and independently operate said vehicle.
