Ambulatory Surgical Center (ASC) Operations Consultant (San Francisco)

Role Overview :

We are seeking experienced ASC professionals (Administrators, Directors of Nursing, Business Office Managers, Billing / RCM Managers, or others with direct ASC operations experience) to serve as short-term advisors. This is a paid, flexible, contract engagement designed to help us learn directly from industry experts.

What Youll Do :

• Share your insights on ASC workflows (scheduling, patient flow, staff coordination, billing / RCM, compliance, supply management, etc.)
• Provide honest feedback on technology pain points and opportunities for improvement
• Participate in structured interviews and working sessions (remote)
• Help us validate whether proposed solutions would deliver value in the ASC environment
