Role Description

We are looking for a hands-on AI / ML leader to join our Customer Success organization. As a Senior AI / ML Lead, you will help shape advanced analytics and AI-driven solutions for our clients in the CPG and retail sectors.

This role blends technical depth with business impact : youll lead applied AI / ML initiatives, design and deploy GenAI-enabled solutions, and guide teams to deliver measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with client leaders to define analytics strategy, roadmaps, and high-impact AI / ML use cases in CPG and retail.
• Lead the design and delivery of solutions such as price elasticity modeling, promotion effectiveness, assortment optimization, and demand forecasting.
• Develop and deploy GenAI-enabled capabilities.
• Provide thought leadership on advanced ML methods and Generative AI.
• Oversee technical delivery across modern AI / ML stacks.
• Bridge business and technology by translating complex analytical solutions into actionable business outcomes.
• Lead and mentor teams of managers and consultants.
• Build trusted client relationships, manage escalations, and identify opportunities for account growth.
