Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) - $2,000 Sign On Bonus Available

Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm

The Certified Nurse Assistants (CNA) for PACE are responsible for providing the highest quality of skilled and non-skilled care in the Day Center; creating a warm and safe environment for each participant to socialize and engage in activities. The CNA will follow the established plan-of-care for each participant that may include but not limited to :

• Assists with snacks and meals served in the Day Center.
• Assist and / or lead group activities.
• Assists participants 1 : 1 to enable them to participate in activities.
• Vital sign collection and monitoring.
• Personal hygiene care, dressing, changing.
• Specimen collection.

PACE or Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly is a federal and state funded program that provides comprehensive, coordinated, and proactive whole-person care to help maintain and improve seniors' health so they can live safely in their homes. There are 180 PACE programs, serving more than 80,700 participants in 33 states.

The number of people aged 55+ is increasing in Grand Junction, CO and the demand for eldercare professionals is on the rise.
