Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the pipe fabrication team to ensure timely project completion.
• Monitor production processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
• Train and mentor team members on pipe fabrication techniques and best practices.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to understand project specifications and requirements.
• Support the development of pipe design drawings, including layout coordination, drafting, and updates based on engineering input and project requirements.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and tools to ensure proper maintenance and functionality.
• Maintain accurate records of production metrics and report on shop performance.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise within the team or during the fabrication process.
