Mantech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Management Analyst to join our team in Fayetteville, NC. In this role, you will contribute to a mission-focused team that will support military operators and mission partners by providing high-level analytical support and strategic insights to optimize operations and inform leadership decision-making. Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• As a Senior Management Analyst, you will help guide the organization through complex operational challenges by applying your expertise in data analysis, process improvement, and management consulting.
• Conducting organizational studies and evaluations, designing systems and procedures, and preparing operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively.
• Prepare comprehensive reports, briefings, and presentations for senior leadership.
• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend performance enhancement strategies.
• Facilitate interdepartmental communication and serve as a liaison among teams and leadership.
• Support the development of policies and procedures to drive mission success.
• Monitor project execution and support change management initiatives.
• As part of the Program Management Office, leads administrative and analytical support functions.
• Supervising the entire CDRL management process, ensuring quality and compliance.
