$1.1M in annual production

725 new patients annually

Patient mix : Adults & Pediatrics

Payer mix : PPO, Medicaid, Cash

Solo-dentist model with full autonomy

Compensation & Benefits :

Up to $25,000 monthly guarantee (based on experience / location)

Bonus opportunities based on production goals

✅ Ideal Candidate Qualifications :

DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school

• Prefer at least 2+ years of experience with Medicaid insurance credentials

Active Texas Dental License

DEA, BLS, ACLS certifications

Proficient in extractions and endodontics

Comfortable treating patients of all ages

Texas Medicaid credentialed (or eligible)

Team-oriented and patient-focused
