Our client, a premier law firm, is seeking an experienced  Litigation Paralegal  to join their Labor & Employment team.

Will assist attorneys in all phases of litigation, from discovery through trial preparation, with a primary focus on Labor & Employment matters.

Varied responsibilities, including preparing and formatting legal documents and exhibits, managing all aspects of discovery, maintaining accurate and confidential case files, tracking court dates and filings, assisting with research, and ensuring compliance with court procedures.

The ideal candidate will have Litigation and Labor & Employment paralegal experience, a strong knowledge of legal terminology, civil procedure, discovery processes, and e-filing systems.
