Must Haves :

• 7+ years in telecommunication Projects / Operations Management : tower services, field ops, or infrastructure deployment
• Experience managing crews, vendors, or subcontractors - Demonstrated ability to lead field operations at scale and drive accountability
• Hands-on leadership style with a builder mentality - Ability to read and interpret, Construction Drawings, MOP's, and Structural analyses
• Familiarity with 5G / 4G / LTE technologies
