About the Role
The Special Districts Sales position is primarily a hunter role focused on selling net-new Human Capital, Workforce Management and Public Safety scheduling solutions into accounts within a geographic territory. A successful candidate will need to use consultative selling skills to clearly understand customer / prospect business requirements and recommend the best UKG software solutions to meet their business objectives. This individual will focus on a broad number of existing customers with employee counts between 200-5,000.

Pay Transparency
The base salary for this position is $110,000.00; however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for commissions and restricted stock unit awards as part of total compensation.
