Insurance Service Representative – Rochester, MN
Base pay range : $22.96 / hr - $25.46 / hr. This is a full-time, exempt / non-exempt hourly position. The role is located in-office at the Coon Rapids branch with standard Monday–Friday hours.
Responsibilities
- Provide a high level of support to the Insurance Agency and members by servicing existing insurance accounts.
- Perform retention calls, process applications, renewals, amendments, resolve customer problems, and promote membership and financial products (credit cards).
- Provide price quotes on all insurance products, considering underwriting rules and applicable discounts to complete the sale.
- Take insurance payments (initial, installment, lapse, or reinstatement) and respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, coverage, and product features.
- Refer to an agent when appropriate and promote cross-sales within changes to existing policies.
- Process policies, endorsements, status and coverage changes in accordance with state rules and corporate policies.
- Assist management and agents as applicable and support customer service objectives.
- Conduct outbound promotional and retention calls per management request and promote Auto Club Group products and services.
- Participate in a team environment to enhance customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Receive and resolve member / customer complaints and assist with complaint resolution as needed.
- Engage in office events to generate insurance revenue, raise product awareness, and support local community activities.
- Maintain and service insurance policies; respond to inquiries regarding eligibility, coverage, and billing; prepare proposals and changes; process renewals and delinquent renewals as needed.
- Verify new business applications and refer relevant members to other lines of business when appropriate.
- Update member information and maintain filing systems; provide general agency support.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications :
A current Property & Casualty Insurance licenseMust qualify, obtain, and maintain all applicable state licenses and appointments required for selling / servicing Auto Club Group Membership productsSuccessful completion of Customer Service, Insurance and Membership training within 6 months of hireEducation
High School Diploma or equivalentWork Experience

Schedule : Monday – Friday, 8 : 30 AM – 5 : 30 PM. 40 hours per week. In-office, on-site at an ACG branch facility in Rochester / Coon Rapids.

Important Note : ACG's compensation philosophy is market-competitive and may include geographic pay differentials. Salary is determined at offer based on multiple factors. Regular attendance is essential. A background and drug screen may be required.
