The Riverside Premier Rehabilitation and Healing Center is looking for a talented and hard-working Food service Manager to join our ever-growing team.

The Riverside Premier Rehabilitation and Healing Center is a facility with 520 beds and is proud of their state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Gym servicing 150 + short term beds.  The Riverside Premier Rehabilitation and Healing Center provides  24 hour care to our residents.

Responsibilities Include :

• The  Dietary Manager will oversee the preparation, cooking, and also supervise and Other responsibilities include : Schedule and set up food  preparation in accordance with menus and recipes. The work of food production managers involves various functions, with the goal to ensure top quality in food production which include :

§   Oversee the training of food production personnel

§   Oversee the maintenance, repair, and replacement of production equipment to ensure smooth work operations

§   Set production objectives and implement action plans for achieving set targets

§   Ensure products and raw materials are stored properly at optimum conditions

§   Ensure all company regulations and government legislations are adhered to

§   Able to coordinate kitchen activities for any catered service that may be required

§   Broad knowledge of food service administration and supervisory techniques.

Familiar with methods of procurement, preparation, servicing, sanitation and storage.

Qualifications / Requirements :

G.E.D. or High School Diploma.

6 months or more experience

Salary Range :   $25 per hour
