Philanthropy Officer - Annual Giving

The Annual Giving Officer is responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase donor participation and retention through annual giving campaigns, digital fundraising, and employee giving programs. This role also manages mid-level giving programs ($1K-$25K) and implements donor segmentation strategies to identify and cultivate annual donors with major gift potential. Works closely with hospital leadership, philanthropy colleagues, and marketing teams to build sustainable donor pipelines that align with the hospital's long-term fundraising goals.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in philanthropy, business, communications, nonprofit management, or a related field.
• Master's degree or CFRE (Certified Fund-Raising Executive) certification preferred. Significant job-related experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in annual giving, digital fundraising, or donor relations.
• Experience in healthcare philanthropy or hospital fundraising and knowledge of peer-to-peer fundraising and social media engagement strategies, preferred.

Responsibilities of the Annual Giving Officer include, but are not limited to :

Hours : Full-Time; Days

Monday - Friday

Evening & Weekend events as needed

Pay Range : Salaried; Exempt Position

$52,416 - $83,000
