Job descriptionRendering of professional care to our patients, making every effort to remain a flexible, cooperative and supportive member of our clinical team. Acting as a liaison between the physician and the patient and patients family or support person(s). Maintaining the role of patient advocate. Must have excellent IV start skills Dealing compassionately, professionally, and courteously with patients, their families, physicians, and fellow staff. Education : Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Licensing : Possess an active Maryland Registered Nurse License. Current BLS certification. Participation in continuing education

Current hours average between 30-35 hours biweekly. Surgery center is open 2 days a week currently.
We are looking for a qualified registered nurse for our Ambulatory Surgery Center for part-time work. You will work with a variety of pain management patients and provide direct nursing care.

REQUIREMENTS
Clinical expertise in ambulatory surgery center nursing preferred.
