Family Practice - Without OB Physician

Client seeks Physician, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant for November 12 & 13 at their Corporate Health clinic in Wapakoneta, OH. Provider will see ages 2+ for Primary Care, acute episodic care, physicals, and Occupational Medicine issues. Provider will dispense medication to patients as needed; clinic staff includes 1 provider and 2 Medical Assistants. Hours are Wednesday 7 : 00am-4 : 00pm & Thursday 8 : 00am-6 : 00pm, both with a 30-minute lunch break from 12 : 00pm-12 : 30pm. Provider must be Board Certified and DOT Certified and have 2+ years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty, as well as active DEA Certificate to qualify for this assignment.
