Max 5 days RTO (less is preferred).\n\n\n\nPosition Details\n\n\nMay be asked to serve as backup Charge Nurse\n\n\nResponsible for coordinating total patient care\n\n\nParticipates in patient & family education\n\n\nProvides leadership and collaborates with nursing / ancillary teams\n\n\nEMR : Cerner\n\n\nRatios : 1 : 4–5\n\n\nAverage Census : 22 patients\n\n\nOrientation : 8 hours non- billable\n\n\n\nHoliday Requirements\nTraveler must work TWO of the following holiday blocks : \n\n\nThanksgiving + Fri / weekend after\n\n\nChristmas Eve / Day + Fri / weekend after\n\n\nNew Year’s Eve / Day + Fri / weekend after\n\n\nNote : Assignments ending before November or before December holidays will NOT be extended into early 2026.\n\nPay Differentials\n\n\nCall -back, Holiday, OT : 1.25x\n\n\nCall : $4 / hour\n\n\nCharge : $3 / hour\n\n\n
